HR & Admin Manager (Construction)

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest construction companies in the country. Our respected client is seeking for an HR & Admin Manager who is a generalist and will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing the administrative functions of the company. This work is located in Eastwood, QC.

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions, ensuring the office operates efficiently
  • and effectively.
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Coordinates and prepares or oversees proper and timely documentation regarding employees' assignments to projects.
  • Ensures compliance with employment-related laws, rules and regulations, by monitoring and implementing current and applicable labor practices and administrative procedures, including the proper and timely submission of employment-related reports to the appropriate government agency.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years experience in human resources, 5 years in leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and administrative management
  • Experience in construction or real estate industry is a must.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and result oriented.
