Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest construction companies in the country. Our respected client is seeking for an HR & Admin Manager who is a generalist and will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing the administrative functions of the company. This work is located in Eastwood, QC.
Task & Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions, ensuring the office operates efficiently
- and effectively.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Coordinates and prepares or oversees proper and timely documentation regarding employees' assignments to projects.
- Ensures compliance with employment-related laws, rules and regulations, by monitoring and implementing current and applicable labor practices and administrative procedures, including the proper and timely submission of employment-related reports to the appropriate government agency.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in human resources, 5 years in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and administrative management
- Experience in construction or real estate industry is a must.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and result oriented.
