Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business development and investment opportunities.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability.
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Investment Oversight:
- Evaluate and manage the company's investment portfolio across entertainment, F&B, and property.
- Lead financial due diligence for new acquisitions and partnerships.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with the executive team and board of directors to communicate financial insights and performance.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within B2C sectors.
* Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
* Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
* Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
