Supply Chain Director

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an esteemed executive recruitment firm a leading Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in the Philippines They are currently seeking a Supply Chain Director with experience in Aviation and must be working at a Director Level for 5 years. The ideal candidate should have experience in aircraft tooling and must have solid experience in supply chain management. The role requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM. Job Summary: The Supply Chain Director is to lead and optimize supply chain operations. This leadership role requires a proven track record in supply chain management, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic and competitive environment. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory management while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services across multiple business units. Key job responsibilities include: Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and tailored to the specific needs of the company. Lead and inspire the supply chain team, setting clear performance objectives and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture. End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, transportation, logistics, and demand planning. Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency of supply chain processes, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost containment. Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with local and international suppliers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times to optimize cost and performance. Ensure regular supplier performance evaluations and take corrective actions where necessary. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Finance, and Production, to ensure alignment between supply chain activities and business objectives. Act as the key liaison for aviation, hospitality, and industrial teams, addressing their unique needs and regulatory requirements. Cost Management and Budgeting: Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, without sacrificing quality or efficiency. Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant local laws, government regulations, and industry standards (including customs and import-export requirements specific to the Philippines). Identify potential risks in the supply chain (e.g., delays, political factors, regulatory changes) and develop mitigation strategies. Technology and Systems Integration: Leverage and implement cutting-edge supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS) to streamline operations. HSE Manager (Oil & Gas)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer Company for the role of HSE Manager. The job description will be as follow : Monitor and evaluate safety performance across all departments through audits and random internal/external checks. Identify and implement corrective and preventive measures by analyzing workplace accidents and environmental pollution. Review medical check-up programs for employees and assess environmental initiatives (UKL-UPL), wastewater treatment (IPAL), and waste management processes. Analyze Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determination of Control (HIRADC) and investigate workplace accidents. Identify hazardous zones and implement safety signage and awareness campaigns. Develop standards and recommend procurement of PPE and safety equipment based on HIRADC, safety specs, and testing results. Evaluate the usability, continuity, and effectiveness of PPE and safety equipment. Recommend procurement of fire extinguishers and fire safety tools as per HIRADC and technical standards. Manage refilling schedules and monitor frequency of fire equipment usage. Evaluate and verify lifting operator licenses issued by regulatory bodies. Assess and organize safety training and orientation sessions as needed. Coordinate and lead monthly HSE performance reviews. Plan, manage, and report on HSE department budgets and work programs.
