Things to know before referring an effective candidate:
Say yes only to referrals you support: If you’re not confident about referring someone for a job, it is probably better to let them know that they’re not a good fit.
Refer to the job description: Before referring someone for any job role, it's best to go through the job description and see if it correctly fits the candidate's profile.
Work Ethic: Are they someone who has a strong work ethic, or are they seeking to work for you as just another line on a resume? If they have a strong work ethic, this will help them grow professionally alongside the company. It's a win-win for all.
Consent Given: Ensure that this person has given consent to share their contact information.
Terms and Conditions for Monroe Philippines Referral Program:
The referrer will have the opportunity to receive min. of Php 1,000 up to Php 15,000 if we place the Referred Candidate in a role!
Referred Candidate must remain in the role for 3 months to receive the reward.
The Job endorsed for the referral must be based in the Philippines
The Job must also be active and open. You cannot input a closed job vacancy
If, at the time of the referral, the Referred Candidate is already shortlisted for the job vacancy or has directly contacted Monroe Consulting Philippines, you will not be eligible for the reward.
