Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is exclusively partnered with an organization who is within the field of manufacturing.

Job summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in seeking out new business opportunities outside of the hygiene areas mentioned above. The successful candidate will report to Account Manager APAC and work out of the office in Negeri Sembilan with frequent travels. Your main responsibilities will be:

Job Responsibilities:

  • To identify new business opportunities and customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and establish valuable connections
  • Expected to travel 100 -120 days/year, mainly in Asia
  • To effectively communicate our value proposition

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B sales and business development with proven track record of developing new customers.
  • Relevant commercial education combined with technical acumen or technical education supplemented with commercial experience.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extrovert personality and good communicator at all organizational levels.
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent spoken and written English
