HR Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a medical education and knowledge sharing online platform. Or respective client is looking for a HR Manager who is adeptly experienced with payroll, labour relations and taxation. This role will be directly reporting to the Country Manager with hybrid work set-up in Taguig City.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Attract top-tier talent to fill open positions.
  • Supervise performance reviews and salary adjustments.
  • Ensure the company handbook is regularly updated and standardized.
  • Develop clear policies to enhance employee understanding and transparency.
  • Deliver thorough training, coaching, and ongoing support.
  • Utilize effective mediation strategies for conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate attendance, payroll, and relevant reporting.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations as needed.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to the HR team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience in managerial level.
  • Must be adeptly experienced with payroll, labour relations and taxation.
  • Must have keen attention to details and sense of responsibility.
  • Can work independently.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
