Human Resources Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of leading retail company for time wear. Or respective client is looking for a Human Resources Manager who is adeptly experienced in employee relations, recruitment, OD and process improvement. This role will be directly reporting to the President with onsite work requirement in Pasig City.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Attract exceptional talents to fill vacancies.
  • Oversee performance evaluations and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain up-to-date and uniform company handbook revisions.
  • Craft transparent policies and foster employee comprehension.
  • Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and support.
  • Employ constructive mediation techniques for conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate attendance, payroll, and other pertinent reports.
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, investigations, and terminations when required.
  • Lead and inspire the HR team to achieve organizational goals.



Key job requirements include:

  • At least 5 years experience in managerial level.
  • Must be adeptly experienced in employee relations, recruitment, OD and process improvement.
  • Must have keen attention to details and sense of responsibility.
  • Can work independently.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
