Monroe Consulting Group is set to continue its expansion within the worlds emerging economies with the opening of new branch office in Mexico in April 2014.
Alongside South East Asia, South America and Mexico are currently considered to be the most exciting emerging regional staffing markets. The recent opening of an office in Kuala Lumpur completes the South East Asian network as the opening of an office in Mexico delivers to the growth ambitions of Monroe Consulting Group in the emerging markets.
Group Managing Director Andrew Hairs said the company’s move into emerging Central and Latin American markets was a natural step for the recognized specialist in emerging market recruitment and an exciting prospect for the continued growth of the company.
“As with all our offices, we are focusing on the perfect mix of home-grown talent and local best-in-class people, including our Managing Directors,” says Mr Hairs, who is personally overseeing the expansion plans.
Mr Hairs says the Mexico City operations will be established and overseen by two of the most outstanding operators in the industry in Mexico, namely Alejandro Alvarez Blanco and Juan Manuel Garcia de Leon del Paso. Both men are vastly experienced in the recruitment industry and welcome additions to the winning Monroe team, Hairs says.
Mr Hairs says the future was looking positive for Monroe Consulting Group, which now employed close to 100 people in six countries and was a leading provider of executive search and recruitment services, focusing on executive jobs and executive candidates in emerging markets.
