Production Supervisor

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor on behalf of a global technology company specializing in precision power conversion, measurement, and control technologies. To be based in Rosario, Cavite. Role Overview: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining workflow organization. This role plays a key part in achieving production targets while ensuring quality compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement daily production plans to meet revenue and operational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production line efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to optimize production processes for improved performance and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assign tasks effectively, ensuring all team members understand and fulfill their responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of electronic components, their operation, and applications. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment. Demonstrates strong leadership, assertiveness, flexibility, and teamwork. Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
