Business Expanding: Monroe Consulting Group China Move into New Shanghai Office

  • Publish Date: Posted 大约 7 年之前

International award-winning executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group China are delighted to have relocated to an upmarket, modern office space in the high-rise Gangtai Plaza in Huangpu, central Shanghai.

“As the recruitment industry in Shanghai and the success of Monroe continues to grow and we take on more and more recruitment consultants, it was only natural that we moved into larger, more vibrant premises in the heart of the city,” said Kelly Liu, Managing Director of Monroe China.

In just two years, Kelly has grown the company from two consultants to more than a dozen and helped further establish the Monroe Consulting Group as the specialist in executive recruitment in emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

“Monroe China is continuing to expand in China and is currently seeking to employ even more trainee-level or experienced recruitment consultants as part of our strategic growth strategy in Shanghai,” Kelly said. “We offer a fantastic and fun work environment, a lucrative career and, as you will see when you enter our new offices, the opportunity to ‘Do Something that Really Matters!’”

Kelly said the Chinese economy expanded almost 7 percent in Q3, which was ahead of the government’s full-year target. “Though some economists are making predictions that the economy will start to slow, this is not reflected in executive-level recruitment in our specialized departments, namely Technology, Industry, Health, Consumer Goods and Professional Services, which covers the financial sector.”

She said there remained a strong demand for “high-quality and experienced senior executives and leaders, desired by not only respected Chinese companies but by joint-venture or multinational companies looking to expand in China.”

“At the other end of the executive recruitment market we have some excellent young talent with the desired qualifications, experience and interpersonal skills in the marketplace, but it can be challenging for many companies to not only attract these employees, but retain them, even in the short-term. Our consultants are experts in executive recruitment in their respective industries, and trained to implement Monroe’s 12-step recruitment process, which has been proven to identify and secure the services of the best talent in the marketplace, as well as carefully manage salary expectations resulting in a win-win solution for both job candidates and our client companies.”
