Executive search agency Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia has continued its impressive run of form with another win at the Asia Recruitment Awards in Kuala Lumpur.
The headhunting company won a silver award for ‘Recruitment Agency of the year – under 50 employees,’ adding to its list of previous accomplishments at the annual awards, Asia’s premier event celebrating excellence in human resources (HR) recruitment.
The recruitment company was also nominated in the ‘Best Candidates Experience – Solution Provider’ category at the awards, run by Human Resources Online.
“We are proud to have been honoured with the award, which is a reflection of our ongoing commitment toward continual improvements to our services to our job candidates and client companies,” said Noor Hazwanie, Monroe Group’s quality control manager.
In 2018, Monroe Malaysia won gold for ‘Best Candidate Experience by a Recruitment Solution Provider’ and silvers for ‘Recruitment Agency of the Year,’ ‘Best Client Experience by a Recruitment Solution Provider’ and ‘Best New Recruitment Agency.’
The executive headhunting company also won golds for ‘Best New Recruitment Agency’ in 2017 and 2016.
