In addition to the importance and relevance of technology on our day-to-day lives and the way of doing business, Mr U'ren, an expert in the IT field with more than 15 years’ executive experience, answered numerous questions on the shape of the future workforce and the role of executive search agencies.

He answered that as technology becomes increasingly essential, job holders would have to become more effective is working in hybrid roles and be able to have a number of specializations.

If businesses were unable to culture these capabilities in-house then it was best to utilize the services of executive search agencies such as Monroe Philippines, he said.
