Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, is invited as a Subject Matter Expert speaker for Philippine Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) that will be hosted on Friday 27th of November 2020. This program aims to aid all retiring/separating personnel and dependents of those soldiers who were killed-inaction as a symbol of the organisation's sincere gratitude of their invaluable service to the country.

TAP was established as part of the Philippine Army's commitment and social responsibility to ensure the well-being of its personnel. The TAP endeavours to assist them in their transition to civilian life through its Major Services: (1) Guidance and Counselling; (2) Business and Livelihood; (3) Education and Training; (4) Job Search Assistance; and the newly established (5) Health and Medical Assistance service that caters to personnel with a mental health condition.

Part of this initiative is to establish partnerships with other government, non-government organisations, private corporations and industries that offer similar services that would help in pursuing the said objectives.

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines was honoured to receive the invite from the Philippine Army to be a guest speaker on the topic of ‘Boosting Job Interview Skills’.  Monroe Philippines Assistant Division Head,  Frilyn Corilla, will be the one speaking during the event.

Frilyn commented “It is truly a great honour to be part of this important event organised by the Philippine Army. I have more than 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry, helping clients find the best talent and helping candidates find good job opportunities. Through this event, I hope to share my expertise and experience on how to Boost Job Interview Skills and On-boarding Skills. Ultimately, I hope that the program participant will walk away after the event with the tools and knowledge to successfully land them a job that will help to support them and their families.”
