Our respected client is looking for an Application Development or Senior Software Engineer with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors to provide expert guidance in designing and developing application components or comprehensive application solutions to effectively meet business and user requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop application components and solutions to meet business and user requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Ensure software reliability, security, and performance through testing and optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Job Requirements
- Advanced expertise in designing and developing SAP software solutions, particularly SuccessFactors.
- Proven collaboration across teams for effective SAP integration, including SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of SAP's reliability, security, and performance.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules like Core HR, Employee Central, etc.
- Leadership in evaluating SAP feasibility and solution development.
- Skilled in ensuring SAP solution quality through testing.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive SAP documentation.
- Experience in stakeholder management and SAP consultancy, with SuccessFactors focus.
