Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational food manufacturing and distribution company. Our respected client is seeking a Assistant E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for B2B2C E-commerce business with strong management of online marketplaces (eg. Lazada, Shopee,) as well as retailers' online platforms. The job is based in Quezon City, Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales achievement and growth of the digital marketplace across e-commerce platforms.
  • Custodian of marketplace official stores including new channels setup, activities planning, execution and evaluation.
  • Maintenance of stores with range product listings, updated images of product listings and traffic/sales generation for promotional campaigns.
  • Work with cross functional teams to establish and implement online promotional pricing and product strategies to drive traffic and sales performance.
  • Management of A&P funds to ensure effective spending to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare insights reports on data-mining outcomes in various perspectives- Market trend, customer behavior, customer acquisition, customer loyalty, retention and customer experience.
  • Expansion of presence in relevant E-comm platform
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor new market trends, competitors' activities, market segments and business opportunities across local platforms.
  • Monitor and review fulfilment of customers' orders and customer enquiries.
  • Work closely with 3rd party service providers for order fulfilments including pick and pack, and delivery.
  • Assist in local office administration and basic documents processing.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in any field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG/ consumer products e-commerce
  • channel management
  • Self-driven with initiative and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Able to work both independently with minimum supervision and collaborate effectively as a
  • team player.
  • Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Computer skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
