Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Consumer Goods Division is recruiting on behalf of an esteemed Cosmetics Manufacturing company. Our client is seeking for Beauty Advisors to join their Dynamic team. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru
Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve the sales targets allocated
- Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer
database - To set up and maintain product displays and collateral material
- To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles, daily/monthly sales report/stock sheets etc.
- To assist in trade and press presentations, beauty clinics and any other promotional activities as required.
- Any other duties as directed by your immediately superior/ management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' of relevant working experience.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming
