The Business Development Manager (Lead Role) will be responsible for innovating, developing and executing the company's growth and expansion strategy for Malaysia market, reporting directly to the company's director. The role will focus on leading the business development team and driving transformation based on company's vision and position the business for value creation, increased market share, and long-term growth. This role requires leadership skills to train and manage the business development sales team in achieving target, and recommending strategies to the management.

Role Responsibilities


· Strong and inclusive people leader who can develop and grow the existing Malaysia business.
· Responsible in achieving business development team's group and personal sales target.
· Establish go-to-market execution plan to meet clients' demand and drive overall revenue growth.
· The candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall market expansion across Malaysia region. Explore collaborations and partnerships with real estate stakeholders in the property market, inclusive of agencies, developers and other real estate related players.
· Effectively delivering clear communication to the sales team in carrying out the company's visions, consistently uphold as the role model to team members by providing upskilling and motivating to the team.
· Engage closely in discussion with management on market sentiment, growth analysis and potential opportunity explorations to drive success in personal and group performance.

Experience & Skills


· The candidate will have strong personal track record in sales/business development environment, able to achieve sales target and expansion target in timely manner.
· The candidate to have prior experience in leading a team in sales/business development. Have a strong understanding on how to lead and drive impactful change in a dynamic environment.
· (Added Bonus) The candidate to have in-depth knowledge of the real estate and/or technology industry within Malaysia.
· Self-motivated with strong communication & presentation skills. Able to plan and execute independently
· Fluent in English & Chinese languages - (Malay and Chinese dialects are plus points)
