Job Description
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the logistics sector, with a primary focus on contract logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs and align with company goals.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on contract logistics.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and securing B2B contracts. Preferably coming from Multinational Company.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of the logistics industry.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
