Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all business aspects, including product development, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and people management, focusing on achieving strategic goals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, driving growth through market expansion, product diversification, and the company's transformation journey.
- Build relationships with key partners and investors to secure funding and enhance capabilities through strategic acquisitions.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions, including AI and blockchain.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance, while building and coaching a top-performing team.
- Drive robust sales and marketing efforts to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Report progress and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of tech products, continuously seeking improvements to drive innovation.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in software engineering/computer science.
- Proven success as a CEO or senior executive in the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the digital and software solutions landscape, with a passion for innovation and technology.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Financial acumen and business sense.
- Familiarity with technical stacks like Golang, NodeJS, Java, Angular, ReactJS, and cloud technologies (preferred).
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring autonomy and multitasking.
