Our highly respected client is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive growth through strategic partner networks. The role is based in Ortigas, Pasig City and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
The Channel Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in building, managing, and expanding the company's network of partners, resellers, and distributors. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels by developing partner relationships, creating joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to end clients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across internal teams and partner organizations to achieve mutual business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow channel sales by developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Educate partners on the company's telecom and ICT solutions to enable successful go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with partners to generate leads, develop pipelines, and close opportunities.
- Monitor partner performance, set sales targets, and provide ongoing support to maximize partner productivity.
- Create and execute strategic channel plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, lead conversions, sales forecasts, and account status updates.
- Support partners in customer engagements, from proposal development to deal closure and post-sales service.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and channel partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner and client concerns while maintaining high standards of service and support.
- Represent the company professionally in external engagements and industry events.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related 4-year course.
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably within the telecom, ICT, or related industries.
- Strong partner management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and partner/client meetings.
- Familiarity with the local telecom landscape and experience dealing with companies such as ATI, Gur Lavi, Trends, Teledata, etc.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
