Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading tech company in Indonesia. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years' experience in finance for the job of Chief of Finance. The job is based in Jakarta Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Lead compliance with local regulations, US GAAP, and SOX standards.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, and capital allocation.
- Oversee investor relations, fundraising activities, and external audits.
- Implement robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Support business expansion initiatives, including M&A and IPO readiness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or MBA is a plus.
- 10-15 years of finance leadership experience, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or fast-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in fundraising, investor management, and strategic financial leadership.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle/SAP) and advanced financial tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting IPO or public-readiness initiatives is highly desirable.
