Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company that retails luxury jewelry Our respected client is looking for a Client Advisor who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to customers while driving sales and achieving store targets. Onsite work set up and store is based in Solaire, Parañaque on a shifting schedule, 5 days a week.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Welcome, assist, and engage customers to create a unique shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized advice on luxury products.
- Contribute to store goals and maintain CRM data for future contact and client development.
- Ensure compliance with sales procedures and visual merchandising.
- Handle after-sales service and inquiries proactively.
- Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Key job qualifications include:
