Our respected client is seeking of well experience in Construction with solid knowledge in all construction practices for the position of Construction Project Director. The job is based in Alabang, Metro Manila.
Job Summary:
A Construction Project Director oversees large construction projects. He is responsible for managing all departments and teams, including other construction managers. His duties include dividing projects into smaller achievements, creating a timeline of all construction stages and delegating tasks to different project teams.
The Construction Project Director is responsible for overseeing and executing the construction of buildings an infrastructure. He is supported by construction/project managers and his/her team collaborates with various stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the construction is completed smoothly.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Collaborates with designers and engineers to establish project design
- Develops project budget and timeline
- Selects the most efficient and cost-effective vendors
- Oversees construction to ensure production meets deadlines within budget guidelines
- Documents status updates and process reports for upper management
- Reviews the closing of each project to ensure structures meet client specifications
- Arranges output and evaluate costs. Ensures that deliverables are ready on time by fixing benchmarks, tracking progress and complying with budgets
- Ensures compliance with building and safety regulations
- Reviews the work progress regularly
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external reports and submits to the EVP and COO
- Prevents and manages challenges
- Manages legal requirements
- Analyzes, manages and mitigates risks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or any Engineering courses
