Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least fifteen years' experience in manufacturing in a multinational company for the job of Continuous Improvement Manager. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Direct reporting to Plant Director
- Manage a continuous improvement project throughout review and design the layout factory
- Handle the improvement project to increase the efficiency and productivity in the factory
- Provide functional support and technical advice to the operations team on a wide range of six sigma program
- Manage the improvement project to reduce the cost or achieve the cost saving project
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to monitor the CI program to support the factory and facility
- Conduct the CI training to the operator and member in the factory
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least fifteen years' experience in six sigma and continuous improvement in manufacturing
- Certified in six sigma
- Strong in manufacturing and production process knowledge
- Good leadership and developing others
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
- Good problem-solving approach
- Effective relationship management and communication skills
- Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
- Willing to work in Cikarang, Indonesia
