Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a top global manufacturing company in Thailand. Our client is looking for a Corporate HROD Manager who is strong in communication, responsive, and having good organizational skills.
This role plays a pivotal part in identifying, analyzing, and improving upon existing business processes within the corporate for optimization and to meet new quotas or standards of quality. Ability to spearhead HR process improvement work covering organization development, employee productivity, change management, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation for HR processes and system operations.
- Analyze and monitor changes to business processes, adjusting procedures and policies as needed. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, implementing, and promoting process enhancements.
- Present process improvements, best practices, and business cases to all levels of the organization, including senior management
- Lead and prioritize process implementation and improvement activities across all departments and functional areas.
- Research, review, and collect technical information to inform documentation creation.
- Manage assigned projects, including analytics and measurement, to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Consult with senior leadership, providing analysis and advice on performance and process-related topics.
- Evaluate completed process improvement projects to capture best practices and lessons learned for future use.
- Take on additional project assignments as needed to support business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Accounting, or related field
- Years of experience in HR System Development
- Experience benchmarking processes and evaluating process performance against industry standards and best practices
- Understanding of business and system related processes and the ability to analyze and solve problems
- Proficient skill using Microsoft Office - Visio, Excel, PPT and Words
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions
- Superb recordkeeping, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
