Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a leading fashion and retail company seeking a Creative Designer responsible for enhancing brand presence and store atmosphere through design and layout across retail channels, sub-distributors, marketing activities, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual displays for retail outlets aligned with Marketing and Merchandising objectives.
- Develop in-store promotional materials that reflect the brand promise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visual strategies for various channels.
- Produce visual presentations for branding support, including magazines, posters, and packaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitive, leading-edge designs.
- Manage art direction and materials for product shoots, and carry out video/photo shoots, editing, and animation for in-store and event use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Willing to work in Makati.
