On behalf of a notable general insurance company in Indonesia, Monroe Consulting Group is looking for Head of Corporate Relations. This role will be based in Karawaci, Tangerang.
Job Description:
- Develop work programs aligned with departmental achievement targets in accordance with company growth objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to Employee Benefit clients, including direct renewal, agent, broker, and branch matrix accounts, to meet predetermined policy renewal premium income targets.
- Implement client services according to service level key indicators and performance metrics.
- Develop, implement, and provide input to leadership on client retention programs.
- Present claim reports and statistical data accurately and punctually.
- Proactively follow up, monitor, and take necessary actions for policy renewal efforts.
- Provide feedback to Medicare departments regarding service quality and contribute to service improvement efforts.
- Develop and optimize resources, monitoring work and team productivity standards.
- Enhance collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve client service quality.
- Lead and coordinate team activities within designated authority to achieve departmental objectives.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks as needed to support company needs and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, corporate relations, or related roles in Insurance industry (general, life, insurtech)
- Have in depth experience managing employee benefit products & programs
- English skills are a must
