The company has offers cloud-based SaaS solutions to streamline talent acquisition, making it a key player in the human resource and recruitment industries. Our esteemed client, a leading cloud-based SaaS solutions company, is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to lead and optimize their technical operations. This role focuses on technical leadership in building and optimizing software applications across the entire stack. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and technical expertise, fostering efficiency and innovation to support business growth and operational excellence.

The Deputy Head of Product Management will lead the company's product objectives, by taking responsibility to develop customer's pain points, conceptualizing solutions and translating that into detailed Product Requirement Document (PRDs). This key role supports the product management team, by playing a crucial role in the product delivery process and ensuring the success of the feature. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, with background in technical product management. Along with familiarity in B2B and/or SaaS Product management, as well as demonstrating experience with a data-driven working style.


Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer pain points and obstacles.
  • Identify effective solutions to tackle these issues.
  • Lead the creation and definition of solutions and transforming them into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Be able to facilitate cross-functional collaboration between managers, designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for the next two quarters, clearly outlining product objectives and an execution plan.
  • Oversee and manage the full feature delivery process from start to finish.
  • Drive the execution of the plan with high efficiency and ensuring high quality product and results.
  • Be the primary point of contact for feature delivery inquiries from internal teams, customer success, customer supports as well as customers.
  • Take ownership of the success metrics for all the launched features and product improvements.
  • Be able to continuously improve product features based on data-driven insights and feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) while demonstrating strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Project Ownership: Have proven experience in managing projects independently and via cross-functional collaboration
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative, initiative-driven approach to team dynamics.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Be skilled at conveying critical information to align different stakeholders effectively
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Product Analytics Tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker etc.)
  • Industry experience: Background experience in B2B or SaaS Product Management with a result-driven approach
