Our esteemed client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the institution's digital marketing strategy and online presence. This is an on-site role based in Makati City, Philippines.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the institution's entire digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring a strong and cohesive online presence across all digital platforms and websites. This role will lead strategic initiatives in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, lead generation, content strategy, and community engagement to drive business growth and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in performance optimization, data-driven decision-making, and cross-platform integration. They will be expected to lead a team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage external partners to achieve key marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with institutional goals.
- Oversee the institution's online presence across digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives, optimizing paid and organic digital campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analytics and market trends.
Website and Digital Asset Management
- Own and manage the institution's website, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and content relevance.
- Oversee website updates, including content creation, SEO optimization, and structural enhancements.
- Manage integrations, including API connections, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and other digital tools.
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Utilize CRM and data analytics tools to gain insights and enhance marketing performance.
- Develop and oversee reporting dashboards for senior management.
Content & Community Management
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality digital content to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms, fostering community engagement and brand interaction.
- Utilize chatbots and automation tools to enhance customer experience and lead nurturing.
Lead Generation & CRM Utilization
- Implement lead generation strategies, ensuring seamless integration with the institution's CRM platform.
- Optimize lead nurturing processes to enhance conversion rates and customer retention.
- Leverage CRM data for targeted marketing initiatives and personalized customer experiences.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, preferably with managerial experience in multinational advertising agencies or corporate settings.
- Business Acumen: Strong strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, paid media, CRM systems, API integrations, and content management platforms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive results
