Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading hotel investment company. Our client is looking for a Director of Revenue who will be responsible for optimizing the revenue performance of the company's hotels through strategic management of pricing, distribution channels, and market trends. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams to implement effective promotion campaigns, manage contracted client performance, and ensure the highest level of profitability. The work setup is hybrid, 9am to 6pm, and office is based in Ermita, Manila, Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

Revenue Optimization:
* Maximize hotel performance by utilizing available tools and technology to analyze and optimize revenue streams.
* Propose and implement effective pricing strategies and tactics in alignment with Brand Policies.
* Monitor market trends and identify deviations from revenue targets, making necessary adjustments to strategies.
* Ensure optimal profit by managing the mix of market segments and continuously monitoring rate integrity across all distribution channels.
Distribution Channel Management:
* Ensure all distribution channels are configured and optimized to achieve the best possible conversion rates.
* Oversee the setup, mapping, and performance of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to maximize visibility and sales.
* Work closely with the Marketing Team to design and execute promotional campaigns that align with current needs and sales pace.
Sales Collaboration:
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to regularly review the performance of contracted clients, ensuring all agreements are yielding expected results.
* Gather and analyze market feedback to support ongoing revenue management processes.
Project Management & Reporting:
* Participate in projects focused on creating integrated reports to support revenue management processes.
* Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and Power Query, to support data analysis and decision-making.
* Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS)/Channel Managers for data collection, analysis, and revenue optimization.

Key job qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Technical Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, formulas, and Power Query).
* Experience with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, HMS).
* Experience with Central Reservation Systems/Channel Managers (e.g., Travelclick, Site Minder).
* Understanding of Power BI is a plus.
