Our respected client is seeking for a District Cooling System Manager that will lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and strategic planning of the district cooling system, ensuring it operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably. The job is an Onsite Set Up, office is located in Cebu, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The District Cooling System Manageris responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and management of a centralized cooling system that provides cooling services to multiple buildings or facilities within a district. This position involves ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the cooling system, optimizing energy usage, and maintaining system performance standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Provides overall efficiency of HVAC (maintenance, design and manufacturing)
- Management and supervision of day to day district cooling plan
- Oversee the operation of district cooling equipment
- Ensure compliance with operational and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Utilize data analytics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement in energy use.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, energy consumption, and cost-saving measures.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and building owners receiving cooling services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC (maintenance, design, and troubleshooting)
- Leadership and analytical skill
- Willing to travel to Davao
