Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious business school and research institution. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our client's growing School of Executive Education & Lifelong Learning. The focus of this role is to drive business development and oversee a team of seasoned professionals as they expand their short courses program. This position plays a key role in scaling the business and establishing new partnerships with various institutions. The position is based in Makati City, Philippines and offers a Hybrid (4x onsite, 1x WFH) work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Leadership
    • Drive the growth strategy for the Executive Education & Lifelong Learning program, focusing on expanding B2B partnerships with international partners, government agencies, and private companies.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and inspire a team of 15, including Senior Business Development Managers, BDMs, and Senior Supervisors, aligning their efforts to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution
    • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify market needs, develop tailored short courses, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Target Achievement
    • Manage and track team performance to achieve annual sales targets, with overall accomplishments typically ranging from PHP 200-300 million.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the go-to leader for the Business Development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment between various stakeholders, including international partners and institutional clients.
