Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Insurance, financial system stability analysis, Insurance inspections, and statistical management.
- Manage surveillance programs for different types of Insurance
- Review and approve necessary reports for effective surveillance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise financial system stability analysis and coordination with relevant committees.
- Manage insurance inspections and resolution method analysis.
- Oversee data processing and statistical management.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding data management.
- Supervise unit responsibilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Min Master's degree or higher in Actuary, Economics or Law preferred.
- Extensive experience in related fields, particulari insurance industry with a minimum of 20 years of experience and 6 years in a director-level position.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, execution, innovation, and change management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
