Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a logistics company. Our respected client is seeking for a Finance & Admin Assistant Manager who will oversee the finance and admin related activities. This position is with onsite work requirement, located in the City of Manila.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a complete set of accounts and ensure accurate month-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare and submit the financial reporting package to the head office.
  • Handle all financial accounting matters comprehensively.
  • Regularly file tax returns and participate in the annual budgeting process.
  • Oversee the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Prepare, develop, and analyze key financial data and business statistics to support the Brand Manager in decision-making.
  • Supervise and engage in daily administration and HR operations, including office management, tenancy, service contract renewals, business license renewals, fixed asset management, procurement, and payment, in accordance with standard guidelines.
  • Report directly to the Branch Manager and Head Office, and handle any ad hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 6 years experience in finance and accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
