Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a Finance Controller who will be responsible for leading the Finance Operations Manager and Finance Operations Supervisor. The role will directly report to the Finance Director. Work setup is 2x a week work from home and 3x a week onsite.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Strategic & Tactical Tax Operations
* Strategic & Tactical Treasury Operations
* Financial period end close process and financial reporting
* Manages AR Billing, Inventory, Fixed Assets Accounts Payable
* Internal Control & Reporting
* Captive SSC supported with SLA and 3rd Party Services Management
* Develop and maintain accounting policies, practices and procedures
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the job
Key job qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
* Certified Public Accountant
* 5 years progressive managerial work experience as Finance Manager or currently function as Finance Controller or Senior Finance Manager
* With very good experience in Tax & Treasury Operations, Audit Liaison, Statutory Reporting & Financial Period end close process
* Strong leadership skill and experienced in managing diversity
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving and creative solution generation skil
* Skilled in ERP/Computer Applications such as SAP, Microsoft AX, Google Suite, MS Office/Windows particularly with MS Excel
* Open to work 2x a week from home and 3x a week onsite.
