Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest property management companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a Finance Manager for an onsite position in Makati City.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Handle the bookkeeping, monitoring, and control of financial transactions of the property
- Provide accurate and reliable information to assist management and operations in evaluating the results of financial operations
- Monitor the billing and collection
- Prepare and comply with the regulatory requirements with BIR, External Auditor and SEC
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and disposes / resolves the reconciling items
- Reviews and analyses yearend forecast and annual budget per property
- Attends to additional concerns/requested financial reports by the BOT/Finance Committee
Key job requirements include:
- Certified Tax Technician
- Has at least 2 years of experience in external auditing, preferably from audit firm
- Willing to do fieldwork and report onsite
