Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country. Our client is currently seeking a Group Sales Manager who will be Responsible for overall management of his or her assigned geographic group to ensure that profitable sales volume and parameters are achieved through: planning, analyzing, and operationalizing all selling systems and processes, marketing programs, and other sales activities The position is located in Cebu, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the entire East Central Visayas areas (Samar, Leyte, Bohol and Cebu)
  • Expertise in modern trade and general trade
  • Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
  • Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
  • Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel.
  • Ensuring knowledge of key stakeholders in his or her account; Managing overall marketing support funds to control and lower the cost-to-sales ratio; training the sales team (in-field coaching), implementing sales programs, setting goals, and monitoring execution to increase individual performance; Collaborating with his support functions to ensure effectiveness, productivity, and Developing and maintaining relationships with all his top accounts

Key job qualifications include:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in the FMCG Industry or in a related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management, Negotiation.
