Executive Recruitment Firm Monroe Consulting Group is working with a prestigious client looking for a Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead all facets of data transformation, encompassing strategy, platforms, cloud architecture, analytics, and change management to drive organizational goals.
  • Define comprehensive data and analytics strategies, roadmaps, and visions aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide data and information strategy.
  • Develop and enforce data policies and procedures based on industry best practices.
  • Lead data management, governance, and data quality frameworks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Design a scalable and cost-effective data lakehouse architecture to support long-term business needs.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of data professionals including data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and machine learning specialists.
  • Foster a culture of analytical excellence across the organization, promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish self-service analytics platforms for business teams to enable data-driven insights and decision-making.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Implement analytics solutions tailored for commercial, retail, and financial domains.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget constraints that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from technology and product teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Advise stakeholders on leveraging emerging trends and technologies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Drive innovation in data science and machine learning to productize and monetize data assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies such as AWS, SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business problems and develop innovative solutions using data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
