Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing quick commerce company for the role of Head of Central Kitchen with at least 8 years experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen/food processing facility and ensure efficient production workflows and processes.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure staff adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  • Ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high production standards.
  • Work closely with external parties (suppliers and vendors) and internal teams to align operations with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control measures.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Tech/Manufacturing
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in food production, central kitchen, or a similar environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Able to lead execution team (blue collars) in executing day-to-day operations with proper control & productivity measures in place.
  • Able to strategize to scale towards profitability/scalability in an efficient manner.
  • Strong business acumen & sense of business P&L
  • Great communication skills as he/she will liaise with multiple stakeholders to prioritize different initiatives.
  • Attention to detail, as well as a strong eye & drive for process improvements
