Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a financial securities company in Thailand. The company provides a full range of securities business services in Thailand.
The position will be responsible for leading the corporate strategic planning department to align with company goals and directions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and development of short and long-term corporate strategy and initiatives in collaboration with business units, executive team, and the Board of Directors.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of initiatives and projects to meet timeline, budget, and objectives.
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to strategic initiatives and projects, develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Develop and integrate sustainability goals into the corporate strategic plan, aligned with industry best practices and relevant frameworks (e.g., ESG.)
- Oversee development and implementation of CSR plan and initiatives, take leading role to promote engagement from internal and external parties.
- Build collaborative and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management and the board.
- Lead team members, identify career development, and provide coaching so the team stays motivated and continue to grow in their career.
Job Requirements
- Experience in strategy management in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, financial modelling skills, and project management skills.
- Proven track record of collaboration with top executives and the board.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Thai and English, speaking and writing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
