Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a technology company. Our respected client is seeking for a Head of People & Culture who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and driving the talent strategy forward.

Task and Responsibilitiies:

· Lead the HR function with a focus on fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that empowers employees to achieve their full potential.

· Spearhead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and values.

· Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's growth and scalability.

· Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, including employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

· Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and strong team dynamics.

· Oversee performance management programs, providing guidance and coaching to managers on effective performance practices.

· Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards aligned with market trends and company goals.

· Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to cultivate a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace culture.

· Develop learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities in alignment with business needs.

· Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change initiatives and strategic workforce planning.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and practices that mitigate risks and promote a safe work environment.

· Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, fostering open communication and resolution of issues

Job Requirements:

* At least 8 years experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in leadership.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

* Proven experience as an HR leader in a fast-paced tech environment, with a track record of successfully driving HR initiatives that support business objectives.

* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and trends in the tech industry.

* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
