Award winning Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial banking institution in Thailand. This role will be working in their newly launched credit card business in Thailand.

Experienced Sales Management Leader with a strong background in managing credit card sales teams and designing incentive programs. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in English for business purposes and possess a strategic mindset for product marketing. The role requires a deep understanding of both online and offline marketing, with experience in online advertising placement.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the credit card sales team, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
  • Design and implement sales incentive programs that motivate the team and drive performance.
  • Oversee the marketing of credit card products, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, to increase brand visibility and product sales.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Relevant years of experience in Banking or Sales management industry.
  • Proven experience in managing credit card sales teams and designing effective incentive structures.
  • Strong knowledge of product marketing, including both online and offline channels.
  • Experience in online advertising and digital marketing, including campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Good English communication skills for business communication, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.
