Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase patient referrals and partnerships with medical practitioners, corporate clients, and insurance companies.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, coaching, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including cardiologists, clinics, and hospitals to establish strong referral networks.
- Drive business development initiatives to attract high-value patients for cardiovascular procedures and treatments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand promotion and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Create detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and propose improvements.
- Oversee the development of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and uphold the hospital's high standards of service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on hospitals.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Strong network of relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and corporate clients in Jakarta or Indonesia.
- Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, including referral pathways, patient acquisition strategies, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, contract negotiations, and managing high-value client relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and reporting systems to track and optimize sales performance.
