Head of Tender Government (Medical Devices)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a Medical Device Distributor. As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience handling tender government. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for government tender participation to achieve business growth and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities in government tenders and position the company as a preferred partner.
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals for tender acquisition and market expansion.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of tender identification, submission, and follow-up.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tender documents in compliance with government regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, legal, and operations) to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with government policies, rules, and guidelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of documents required for tender participation (licenses, certifications, and product documentation).
  • Analyze tender pricing, market competitiveness, and profitability for each tender submission.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, particularly in the medical device sector.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large-scale government tenders.
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement regulations, e-tendering platforms, and tender submission processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with government authorities, attend pre-bid meetings, and negotiate tender terms.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in handling sensitive tender-related information.
