Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring all team members are aligned with company standards and policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and high levels of engagement.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by addressing and resolving guest complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a visible presence with guests to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and services to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high service and operational standards.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the operations department.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational and financial performance to senior management.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the operations department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
