The HRBP, a manager level will specifically act as both employee and employer champion, change agent, and supporter to enhance HR and strategic management practices. This is an opportunity to communicate with the stakeholders across SEA region to express new ideas and execute solutions


Job Responsibilities

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Provide the day-to-day performance management guidance to the business's management personnel through coaching, career manages and resolves complex employee-relations issues.
  • Acts as the program/process leader for various HR initiatives to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Create a people plan for the business and its various departments considering the wider HR agenda and any specific people issue that may be existent within the business.
  • Develop strategies for people management, succession planning, and talent management for key managerial positions and for stakeholders.
  • Develop a plan for the business in order to guarantee that resources are managed strategically. This is inclusive of developing a strategic approach to recruitment of key personnel.
  • Work collaboratively with departmental heads throughout the business to oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain healthy relationships across the business and teams up with other HR departmental teams in determining approaches to matters of recruitment, compensation, and other HR functions in order to ensure that the programs in place are effective and efficient.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced HR strategic partner with a knowledge of contemporary HR practices within Thailand.
  • Possess "can do" attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
  • Strong communication skills in local language and English.
  • Be a likeable and approachable individual that people are comfortable forwarding concerns to and seeking advice from.
  • Helpful, calm and professional individual have strong time management skills.
  • An ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects, have a keen eye for detail, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision.
