Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational company in Mining Services. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years' experience in human resources for the job of Human Resources Manager - Mining Services (based in Bogor). The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report directly to the GM Indonesia
  • Ensuring best practice HR procedures
  • Workforce planning for operational and engineering contracts
  • Resolution of Employee and Industrial Relations matters
  • Recruitment procedures for all professional roles
  • Compensation and Benefits management
  • Ensuring Performance Management and Disciplinary practices are implemented
  • Supporting Organisational Design tools
  • Guiding and coaching managers on people related matter
  • Hiring, training, and supervising staff
  • Business reporting of HR practices
  • Ability to collect, collate and analyse data
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and protect sensitive HR information
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business (Human Resources, or related field)
  • A minimum of 10 years as the lead HR professional in a medium to large organisation
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law and Regulations
  • Experience in heavy industry - Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Utilities
  • Verbal and listening communication skills that allow open and honest discussions
  • Experience with web-based platforms for recruitment, talent management
  • Ability to think critically
  • Good written and verbal English skills
