Role Description
The position will be responsible for establishing and leading team to develop feasibility study of the transaction taking in consideration of financial, accounting, economic, market conditions and relative risks
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and/or Lead team member to develop financial model/ projection/ forecasted financial statement including valuation with respect to assigned transaction.
- Support and take responsibility for identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data, and presenting findings to Vice President or Team Leader.
- Monitor and evaluate element of the transaction as assigned.
- Conduct team member to prepare presentation, all related documents, or other presenting items with respect to the transaction.
- Lead team member in coordinating with client's company.
- Manage the team to achieve plan as assigned.
- Understanding of financial and accounting standard basic.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Team Leader.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in Investment Banking and/or Financial Advisory in relation to Valuation Service, Corporations and professional financial investors, Capital Market Products, Debt Restructuring Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory and Corporate and Project Finance.
- Strong analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to use Thai and English fluently.
