Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Equipment Manufacturing Company for the role of Key Account Manager - Mining . The job description will be as follow :
- Ensure the implementation of the policy on Environment, Health and Safety in the company as well as Quality Management Systems in the department.
- Define and implement Mining segment strategy in Indonesia
- Delivering profitable growth through holistic approach to sales & marketing management and to improve the profitability of the Mining Market Segment.
- Whenever necessary coordinate with distributors activities for securing sales for supplying main projects on timely manner.
- Maintain CRM updated reports including OTP report with latest developments for main project and market activities including competitor information.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical/Industry) or related fields and professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- Proven leadership/management experience in sales & marketing with thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
- Experience in sales and technical knowledge in Mining.
- Ability to manage several project at the same time.
- Able to read technical drawing
