Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of notable Financial Services Regulator in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a highly qualified Legal Director for Insurance Policy.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure the functionality of legal review and drafting regulations and decisions. This involves providing legal studies, reviewing legal documents, preparing the codification of regulations in policy guarantees and insurance settlements, as well as supporting fields and conducting field inspections (legal due diligence) within the context of insurance company settlements
- Providing legal studies and opinions in Insurance Company Policy Guarantee and Settlement, as well as related fields.
- Reviewing and preparing legal documents, and offering legal support in Insurance Company Policy Guarantee and Settlement, along with related fields.
- Reviewing and drafting regulations and decisions pertaining to Insurance Company Policy Guarantee and Settlement, and related fields.
- Conducting legal examinations (Legal Due Diligence) in the context of resolving issues within the insurance sector.
Job Requirements:
- A qualified lawyer with excellent academics credentials of more than 15 years of experience
- Background of insurance, regulators, or banking is mandatory
- Experience in leading a department, division within financial services organization
- Excellent skills in legal drafting, legal due diligence, legal review, and legal research
- Litigation experience
